A focused 2-month course on growing a YouTube channel — channel strategy, YouTube SEO, Shorts, thumbnail craft, retention engineering, and the monetisation paths that actually work (AdSense, sponsorships, memberships, products).
We teach the parts of YouTube that are actually under your control — packaging, hooks, retention, SEO — and we're honest about the parts (luck, timing, pre-existing audience) that aren't.

Monthly strategy reviews
Final growth case study
02 — Month-by-month plan
Two months. One actual channel.
Every student builds a real YouTube channel during the course — your own or a client's. By graduation, you've published 6+ videos with analytics and a documented growth strategy.
Month 01
Strategy + SEO + Packaging
Channel strategy, niche selection, YouTube SEO, title engineering, thumbnails. You publish your first 2–3 videos by week 4.
Month 02
Retention, Shorts + Monetisation
Hook engineering, retention analysis, Shorts strategy, analytics deep-dive, and the full monetisation stack — from AdSense to sponsorships.
03 — What comes next
Where graduates end up.
YouTube marketing graduates end up in three very different lanes — creator, creator-economy role, or agency/brand channel manager.
01
YouTube Manager / Agency
Managing channels for creators, brands, or agencies. ₹25k–₹55k/month starting, faster growth path for strong case studies.
02
Own Channel Creator
Build your own audience and monetise. Timeline is slower but ceiling is much higher — full-time creators earn ₹1L–₹20L+/month.
03
In-house Content / Video
YouTube-led content roles at brands and media companies. ₹30k–₹60k/month, very high ceiling in edtech and finance.
04 — Who teaches this
One teacher. A creator’s eye.
Taught by someone who thinks like a creator, not like a marketer pretending to understand creators.

Do I need to already have a channel?
No. We start from zero. Many students launch their first channel during the course.
Is this about becoming a YouTuber or managing channels?
Both. The skills are identical — we teach you the playbook and you pick the lane.
Will I learn video editing?
We cover editing principles (pacing, hooks, retention) but not deep software training. For the full production stack, see the AI Video Creation course.
What equipment do I need?
A phone with decent camera is enough to start. Good lighting helps more than a fancy camera.
How long until I can monetise?
YouTube monetisation requires 1000 subs + 4000 watch hours (or 10M Shorts views in 90 days). With good strategy, most serious creators hit this in 6–18 months.
Is YouTube still worth it in 2026?
More than ever. YouTube is one of the few platforms where a single good video can pay you for years. And AI search engines heavily pull from YouTube.
Can this course help my business?
Yes. Many small business owners use YouTube as a lead engine or brand-building channel rather than for pure monetisation.
06 — Other courses
Other courses.
YouTube pairs beautifully with SEO (same search principles) and AI Video (which makes production dramatically faster).
